2-3 Day: $6 per order, $1.95 per book.
Overnight: $8 per order, $2.95 per book.
    (add $15 per shipment to AK or HI.)
Non-US Standard: $4 per order, $1.95 per book.
WorldMail: $7 per order, $5.95 per book.
DHL Express: $30 per order, $5.95 per book.
